HONIGKUCHEN

 Zutaten:

150 g Butter oder Reform-Margarine, 150 g Sirup, 100 g Honig, 3 Eier, 350 g Weizen-Vollkornmehl, 2 TL Backpulver, 1/4 TL Ingwer, 1/4 TL Nelken, 1/2 TL Zimt, 1/2 TL Kardamom, 1/2 TL Pommeranzenschale (oder 2 TL Lebkuchengewürz), 1 EL Rum, ca. 4-6 EL Wasser.

Zubereitung:

Butter, Sirup, Honig und Eier schaumig schlagen, Gewürze zugeben. Eßlöffelweise das (am Besten frisch gemahlene) Weizen-Vollkornmehl unterrühren. In eine gefettete Kastenform füllen.

Backen: Im vorgeheizten Ofen etwa 60 Minuten bei 160 C
